Credit Cards / Flight Arrival Details
To process your reservation, we require your
credit card information. Please note that
no reservations will be processed without
a valid credit card information and flight
arrival details.
Reservation & Cancellation
We process all reservations free of charge.
However, if you amend or cancel your reservation
once the pre-paid voucher is issued, you will
be charged 5% from the total sales amount
as an administrative fee. If you cancel your
reservation less than 3 - 7 working days before
your stay or if you do not show up at the
hotel, you will be charged
for the first unused night OR 100% of the
total paid amount during the *peak season.
(*Peak season - we
will inform you accordingly upon receipt of
your booking form should your period of stay
fall during the peak season.)
If you need to change your reservation (even
when you are already at the hotel), you have
to contact a travel agency that represents
our service. Full contact information will
be provided to you in your pre-paid voucher
issued to you. If you do not notify a travel
agency specified in your hotel confirmation
of any changes, you are liable for the full
amount based on your original hotel reservation
request.
Once bookings have been paid for and confirmed
with the hotel, in the event of early checkout
(leaving the hotel earlier for a shorter period
than booked) refunds are generally not permitted.
However we can consider requests and after
discussion with the booking agents and hotels
concerned, a proportional refund can sometimes
be made. Each case is treated on an individual
basis.
Confirmation
This is not an automatic hotel reservation
service. We will make your reservation and
send you a confirmation within 2 working days.
Payment
We, AB & J Co. Ltd will
charge your credit card for the room accommodation
and any other services booked with us. Consequently,
you must not pay for your room at the hotel.
At the hotel itself, you ONLY pay for extras
such as room service, Pay TV, etc. If you
pay for your room at the hotel, you will be
doubly charged, once by us (AB &
J Co. Ltd) and once by the hotel.
In such a situation, you need to contact the
hotel directly in order to receive a refund.
